Webmaster Review: The introduction with the slightly rude but amusing vocal, reverse crash bassline (theme 1) and bass drum. After the bass and bass drum have repeated for 15 seconds the vocal is heard again before an accent clap enters the mix. At the 30 second mark is where things start to get catchy because another acid-like synth sound is added to the bassline and occasional vocal, and a full drum kit including hi hats enters the mix, (theme 2). There is a return to the bassline (theme 1) with bass drum and hi hat and a series of new but fitting lead melodies are faded in form an indication of another sub-theme or bridge. At the 1:50 mark there an intelligent variation of theme 1 with full drum kit clap accent and hi hats , and by 2:20 all synth sounds from early are in again. Just the listener they cannot get more of a natural musical high theme 2 returns at 2:42. At the 3:08 all drums are dropped after the vocal is heard and then there is a conclusion on bass and all synths, at 3:36 the bass is dropped and the final ending is on the acid synth and vocal. My Score has to be 9 out of 10. This mix is an excellent dance/trance track. It well structured and great thought has been put into arrangement variations of instruments including drums and percussion. Cymbals and the vocal are used skillfully to introduces changes in the track. The vocal is only a mild profanity and shows sense of humour more than anything else. My only effects I applied during re-master were a little room reverb, mid frequency band compression to brighten and stereo enhancement. I recommend this excellent track to everyone who enjoys their catchy dance music at a faster bpm .

Webmaster Review: This track begins with a crash followed by an introduction of the Tetris melody. Another harmonising instrument sound joins the mix forming main theme followed by a drum roll. After 29 seconds a crash introduces the main drum pattern and at this point the mix has already become very danceable. At the 56 sec mark there is a bass-drum bass note break until the minute 10 sec mark where a variation of the Tetris note sequence, a second theme, is skilfully faded in. A well timed drum roll at the 1 min 51 sec mark announces the return of main Tetris melody. At 2 minute 45 there is a routine of the second theme that drives the track effectively to its conclusion at the 3 minute 12 sec mark when the main Tetris theme returns without drums. The mix finishes after 3 min 46 seconds on a Tetris melody solo followed by drum roll and sound effects. I had to give this mix 10 out of 10 as it demonstrates excellent skill in composing with the ejay soft synths, use of crashes fills/fx, intelligent verse chorus structure and is a superb catchy dance track, of the nature that gets cult following. When I produced the mp3 I used a little frquency band compression to brighten mid range sounds up and also some room reverb.This mix is an excellent rework of the famous Tetris meoldy which is well worth a listen.

Webmaster Review: This mix begins with instantly foot-tapping bass-line, joined by percussion. After 18 seconds a happy sounding original melody composed on the soft synth enters the mix. The full mix continues for about 10 seconds. After which there is a well-timed drop of the drums leaving the solo lead to create anticipation to the listener. The other instruments are brought back in stage at a time beginning with the bass. After a reverse crash and special effects the main mix returns at the 1 min 12 sec mark and everything is well danceable again until The lead instrument solos again but with a hi hat this time hat at 1 min 38 secs. There is a well executed variation of the lead played which indicates an intense change in the music. A break in the music with a whoosh effect introduces the alternative lead again joined with bass line and main rhythm section creating a real foot tapping 20 seconds. The drums drop again leaving the hat with the lead and bass. A surprise that follows is the sound effects tambourine solo that creates a false ending. It was a nice idea and the instrument that follows playing yet another soft synth line playing a really wicked ravey version of the melody. I just feel that tambourine was soloed too long which is why this got 8 out 10 and not higher. The whoosh from earlier in the mix introducing the new lead would have made listener feel anticipation again. When the bass-line and drums returns the mix is really danceable again and then 4:10 into the mix the wicked lead is joined by the one earlier for a finale and a final conclusion on bass and lead sound effect after a slow drop of instruments. Throughout there is good use of stereo position, crashes and sound fx. Although production was already very good, when I created the mp3 I just added a little frequency band compression, and room reverb, and stereo widening in places. This mix is well worth a listen if you love dance music and it is well structured and well produced.

Webmaster Review: This track is commercial style dance music. It begins in stages first with a synth lead sample, then bass line, drums and clap. These are joined by a guitar/piano soundsetting a main groove. At a minute 11 The piano/guitar sound solos for a break, shortly joined by the vocal samples, and the return of the main groove. At 2 minute 6 a new synth line enters to answer main melody and at 2 minute 17 there is a rather danceable synth line. There is another intelligent vocal solo and build of instrument sounds, including an acid-like bleep towards a concluding climax, and final end on vocals and synth.I have decided to score this track 8 out of 10 because the structure demonstrates great skill, particularly as all variations flow well and fit with main theme. This mix also demonstrates skilful use of bass drum pattern variations, crashes and drum rolls to affectively announce changes. This track is definitely worth a listen if you like dance music with a melody to hum along with.

Webmaster Review: The track begins with a build of 2 layers of well chosen guitar samples.This is joined by a pounding techno beat and bassline. Some very mellowchords and a clap come in after a minute 15 and things are really danceable at this point. There is a break formed from just bass line and kick. After 15 seconds mellow chords and clap return shortly followed by the guitar. The mix concludes on the mellow string chords. My score is 8 out of 10 for the mix ( not the mp3) because although this is a fairly standard track, there is good use of the bass and lead synth genrators, and cymbals are used affectively. Also it is not over repetitive and is intelligently arranged and generally very well structured, very danceable and certainly worth a listen. For my visitors when producing the mp3 I have added a little sound enhancement to the mix, using a professional compressor, graphic equaliser, stereo enhancer, and occasional room reverb.

One of my most acclaimed songs. Classic Melodic, Vocal Trance, with bits of Uplifting

Webmaster Review: An immediately danceable introduction beginning on drums, joined by bass and hi hat. After a short whilst a piano lead enters track. There is a crash followed by a middle 8 melody. Drums return with a guitar and the return of the piano with a new vocal which works very well. Afterward there is a piano and drums section joined by an exciting rave synthesizer and further catchy vocal. The conclusion is a more acidy sound, the rave synth and another vocal. The structure of this track is very good, My score is 7 out of 10. My only criticisms are in the middle 8 a moment of silence and the beginning at times was not up to the standard of the later mix, but this is one of the best 2009 mix submissions.
